Printable killer sudoku — free puzzles and reference charts
Prefer pencil and paper? Every puzzle on this site prints as a clean blank grid, and the combination chart prints as a solving companion.
Print any of 400,000 puzzles
Open any puzzle — the daily, or any number from the browse page — and press Print blank under the board. You'll get a crisp black-and-white grid with cages, sums and the puzzle's number, so you can check your answer online later or print the same puzzle for the whole family and race.
Good numbers to start with
- Beginners: Easy #1, #2 and #3 — small cages and a few given digits.
- Regular solvers: Medium #1 onwards.
- For a long train journey: any Expert puzzle, plus a spare pencil.
Print the combination chart
The combinations cheat sheet has a print button at the bottom — it strips the site chrome and prints the full tables, with the forced combinations highlighted. Solvers who work on paper tend to keep it folded inside the puzzle book.
Printing tips
- Portrait orientation, default margins — the grid sizes itself to the page.
- Black-and-white is fine; the printout uses no colour.
- Print two copies of the same number and you've got a head-to-head race — puzzle numbers are permanent, so the rematch is always available online.
